“Discipline, respect, and persistence matter more than any trophy.”

— Itai Liptz

Itai Liptz is a martial artist and two-time Muay Thai Z-1 World Champion who started training at age seven and never looked back. By ten, he was competing, and in his teens, he was representing his country in European tournaments.

Over the course of 54 fights—40 wins, 13 losses, and one draw—he learned that discipline, respect, and persistence matter more than any trophy. His focus has always been on testing limits and learning from the process.

The Fighter's Journey

Starting at age seven, Itai's path in martial arts has been one of continuous growth and challenge. From local competitions to international stages, every fight has been a lesson in perseverance and self-improvement.

Winning the Muay Thai Z-1 World Championship twice wasn't just about physical skill—it was the culmination of years of mental preparation, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to the craft.

Beyond The Ring

Itai has climbed the highest peaks in Africa and South America, trained in extreme sports, and constantly seeks new challenges that test both physical and mental limits.

These pursuits share a common thread with martial arts: the importance of preparation, respect for the challenge, and the growth that comes from pushing beyond comfort zones.

Teaching & Mentorship

For years, Itai has taught children with disabilities how to swim, climb, and build confidence through movement. This work reflects a core martial arts principle: true strength includes the responsibility to help others grow.

Itai believes real progress comes from consistent effort, mental resilience, and staying grounded. Whether in the ring or in life, he values self-discipline, humility, and the responsibility to help others grow.

The Philosophy

This website is where Itai shares the lessons behind the fights, the climbs, and the quiet work no one sees—but that makes all the difference. It’s about the journey, not just the destination.
